2023 Equal Employment Opportunity Employer Information Report - EEO-1
The EEO-1 Component 1 report is a mandatory, annual disclosure that requires all private employers with 100 or more employees in the U.S. to submit their workforce demographic data, grouped by job category, race/ethnicity and sex, to the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC). Although not required, UNFI committed to publishing its consolidated EEO-1 Component 1 report disclosure to the EEOC. The EEO-1 Component 1 report is composed of broad job categories required by the EEOC that enable uniform reporting for U.S. employers without respect to the individual differences of their businesses. Thus, the data contained in the report is limited in that the job categories reflected are not necessarily aligned with UNFI’s internal structure. For more information, please refer to UNFI’s Better for All website and latest report available here.
